  5. Eat with purpose

    Food must be consumed with a purpose behind each bite. You must eat food that is nourising and ensure the nourishment DOES NOT go to waste in idling.

    A state of knowledge is your mental state — the ideas and thoughts, your own interpretation and understanding of something go to waste by NOT writing it down in a persistent and later searcheable manner.
